In it’s October 2003 issue, Expansion Management Magazine listed South Carolina as number one on its annual ranking for the top 15 states for workforce training. The reason behind the number one ranking is the readySC program.
More recently in the June 2004 issue of The Manufacturer, SC’s readySC program was featured as one of the best state training programs in the US. Created in 1961, readySC is one of the longest running and most experienced worker training programs in the nation. readySC focuses on the training needs of new and existing business and industry in South Carolina.
